Fractured Actors Theater Company dives into Horror and Hilarity with A Grand Guignol: Theatre of the Macabre.
Originating in 1897 Paris, “Le Théâtre du Grand-Guignol” shocked audiences with short tales of violence, mutilation and terror. This chapter in the history of world theater paved the way for today’s modern horror films. Blood and laughter will flow in these original ghastly tales from local playwrights. With a ravenous cast of Ventura County’s finest thespians, expect to be horrified and amazed.
